报告题目:How does AI-enabled HR analytics influence employee resilience?

报告摘要:

Based on the JD-R model and process-focused HRM perspective, this research investigates the processes underlying the relationship between AI-enabled HR analytics and employee well-being outcomes (resilience) that received less attention in the AI-driven HRM literature. Specifically, this study examines the indirect effect between AI-enabled HR analytics and employee resilience via job crafting, moderated by HRM system strength to highlight the contextual stimulus of AI-enabled HR analytics. This study enriched our understanding of AI-driven HRM in that it identifies the mediating role of job crafting and the moderating role of HRM system strength in the relationship between AI-enabled HR analytics and employee resilience.


报告人简介:

      肖琪杰,博士,莫纳什大学苏州校区管理学系讲师,博士生导师,澳大利亚莫纳什大学管理学系兼任讲师。2014年本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学社会学专业,2017年硕士毕业于清华大学社会学专业,2021年博士毕业于澳大利亚莫纳什大学管理学专业。研究方向为人力资源管理,人工智能在管理学的应用,积极心理学。在管理学权威期刊International Journal of Management Reviews, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Management Inquiry, Personnel Review等发表SSCI论文10余篇。相关成果获得中国人力资源管理学年会优秀论文奖、中国公共部门人力资源年会二等奖、中国管理心理学年会优秀论文奖等。参与国家社会科学基金面上项目2项,青年科学基金项目1项。
